Up until a few months ago I didn't really bother too much with my skincare routine. But more and more I've been realising how important skincare is. The better my skin is, the better my make-up is going to look on it's that simple really! As well as trying to eat healthier and drink more water I've also been trying out some products and getting together a proper skincare routine - I'm getting there now! This particular moisturizer I've been really liking recently and thought it was about time I shared it with you guys!
As always I've included a summary at the end :)
The Basics
For those that like natural skincare, you'll be pleased to hear that 84% of this creams ingredients are of natural origin. It is also formulated to protect the skin from harmful pollution (Moringa peptides) and also has ingredients aimed at protecting the skin from the aging effects of free radicals - which induce cellular damage (Co-enzyme Q10). But a full list of ingredients can be found in the photographs below! Aside from that this is designed for age defence (although contains no SPF) and comes in a reasonably sized 50ml tube for £42*.
What did I think?
The first thing I noticed about this is that it smells absolutely gorgeous, very fruity and very similar to fruit pastilles! The smell aside I found this cream to be nice and hydrating, whilst still having a lovely light texture. I've generally been wearing this under my make-up and have had no issues with it making me oily prematurely. As for the anti-aging and anti-pollution claims - they are very hard to test! One slight issue I have though is that as a day cream I would have liked this to have contained some kind of SPF.
The Good - Smells amazing, hydrating, doesn't make my skin oily, not too heavy for wear in the day, 86% natural ingredients, paraben free.
The Not so Good - No SPF.
Price & Availability - £42*, Online here - link.
I still can't get over how good this smells! Amazing smelling products are my weakness, along with chocolate, coffee and shopping! Anyway thanks as always for stopping by and I'll speak to you all again soon!

This sounds lovely, I'm a sucker for a nice smelling product! Worried that £42 is a bit out of range though, especially as there's no SPF

I'd love it if you took a look at my blog: RebeccaRuby - A lifestyle blog
Me too, if it smells good I instantly take a liking to it! I was a little disappointed in the lack of SPF too x
DeleteI personally think the bottle looks ever so pretty! But no way could I spend £42 on a moisturiser! Great review as always, Hannah! Xo
ReplyDeleteIt's very pretty, you're right!
DeleteIt sounds great but I do find it somewhat expensive. x
ReplyDeleteI'm not gonna lie, it's not the cheapest, but it's lovely all the same!
