The classic red nail polish is something every girl should own. But if you're like me you rarely wear them, getting caught up in glitter, shimmer and shatter polishes! Oh the fun you can have with nail polishes! But sometimes it's nice to go back and have a really classy nail colour. Although I must say, this is a pretty funky red shade!
Bad Apple are a fairly new UK brand, and very new to me! They currently just sell a pretty small range of nail polishes and also some nail wraps. But hopefully in time they'll come out with some more shades! Currently these are available from their website (link), and cost £9.95* each. Perhaps a little pricey, but you are getting a larger 14ml of product, which is Camphor, Formaldehyde, Toluene and Paraben free - which is pretty good!
What did I think?
First off lets talk about this gorgeous colour! This is a super bright, slightly pale red. There's no shimmer, glitter or any of that jazz, this is just a gorgeous cream shade. The pictures shown here show two coats, but in all honesty these is about 95% will one coat. As will the other shade I tried the other day this was really quick drying and applied really nicely. However I do have one slight issue, that this chipped pretty easily. But all in all, a really nice polish.
What do you think of red polishes, not fun enough? Or totally your thing? For me, it's not usually my thing, but I do actually really like this shade. So thumbs up here! Anyway as always thanks for stopping by and I'll speak to you again soon, Hannah
