I always get very excited when Sleek release new palettes, especially beautiful limited edition Christmas ones! This beauty releases last Wednesday and of course I will review it and come up with some looks for you, but I was a little bit excited and wanted to share some initial swatches for your viewing pleasure!
First Impressions
I very much like so far, good pigmentation as we'd expect and actually not super sparkly and glittery. Which I'm taking as a good thing, but you may be disappointed - depends on what you look for! But the colour selection is perfect for Christmas, lots of rich deep colours, greens, golds and silver. Don't think I could have done much better myself - although perhaps a browbone highlight shade would have been nice - that silvers too intense! But all in all very happy so far!
As I said there will be a full review, and of course a couple of looks - let me know if there's any particular colours you wanted to see! As always thanks for stopping by and I'll speak to you again soon - I have a big post planned for this evening! Byeeee, Hannah

Haha, yeah it's a good'un! Hopefully a look coming a in a few days :)
DeleteFab colours this looks really promising! Would love to see a look xxx
ReplyDeleteI love these colours, I think I might get the palette now that I've seen ur swatches, even though I most definitely don't need another eyeshadow palette...
ReplyDeleteBtw Hannah can you recommend a good volumising mascara that's not a heavy formula? My lashes droop with the weight of heavy formulas, even after curling them. Is the ELF volume mascara any good?? I've read u recommend 17 Peep Show and Miss Sporty Pump Up, are tehse ur faves? Ur so lucky to have such curly lashes xx
Need and want are totally different things though! I'm not sure I can help yo I'm afraid Nuria as I don't tend to have a problem with curl dropping from my lashes as I don't use lash curlers. Sorry I can't help :( Yes I like those two, Too Faced Lash Injection is another favourite!
Deletethanks Hannah! sorry for the double message, for some strange reason the first one I wrote didn't show, so I thought I would write a second one. I will try one of your 3 volumising mascara recommendations as soon as I run out of my current one then. Too Faced is so appealing as a brand, just so expensive, but will give it a go at some point for sure xx
ReplyDeleteNo worries! Too Faced is expensive, I love the mascara, but I'm not sure I can justify repurchasing!
