I Spotted some Purple Camoflague!

So yesterday I posted this NOTD/review of the ELF Nail Polish in Nude saying that I wasn't overly keen on the colour. So last night after I'd got the post up I decided I was going to revamp the colour and came up with this - my first vaguely successful try at basic Nail Art 

Colours Used 

Base - ELF Nail Polish - Nude 

Dots - ELF Nail Polish - Lilac & Dark Glitter Purple, MakeUp Academy Nail Varnish shade 15. 

Top Coat -  NYC Expert Last Nail Polish - Classy Glassy 

How I did it... 

I was originally going for a camo kind of look, but it actually turned out quite dotting, hence the title! But I'm not too bothered as I still think it's kinda funky - and better than what I had before! To do it I kept my base coat of ELF Nude on and then taking the other three colours I painted messy dots on my nails, allowing each colour to dry before I started on the next. I then finished off with a clear top coat. Pretty simple really! 

So not the most exciting of nail arts, but fool proof and easy, which is what I need really! I think I'm going to start from the easiest and work my way up! It doesn't help that I don't have the best patience for it either! But anyway I hope you enjoyed this slightly different post today, thanks for stopping by and I'll speak to you soon, H :)
