2012 Empties: No.5 Eyeko Grafitti Eyeliner Pen - Black

At the beginning of the year I vowed that I would share with you all the beauty products I finished up. These kind of posts bring the nosiness out in me, but I also thought they'd be great to share with you guys. Giving my opinions on how I felt once it had all gone and how they held up in everyday life! I also set myself a target of 25 products by the end of the year (using things up satisfies me!), but I'm not doing so well on that front - it's a good job I'm not on a Project 10 Pan! 

What did I think?

This for a long while was my favourite eyeliner. It was really intense in pigmentation and lasted through anything, literally! And the application is also really easy being a felt tip style one. I did find that it started to run out a bit sooner than I expected, a few months. And I even stored it nib down. I was debating whether to tell you this as it's a bit icky, but it was running out and starting to become unusable. But then I picked it up one day and the nib was mouldy! I'd only ever used it on clean eyes and hadn't been doing anything dirty with it so go figure! So definitely a bin product! 

 

Would I repurchase? 

I would have done happily until it went mouldy on me. But actually Eyeko no longer sell this product - although they do something similar at almost double the price! But I'm not paying that! Instead I've started using my Collection 2000 Extreme 24 Hour Felt Liner in Black, which I bought as a placement for the Eyeko one. I wouldn't say it's quite as good, but it's close. But it's a lot cheaper coming in at £2.99 - thanks to my lovely subscribers for correcting me!

Have you ever tried this? What did you think? I loved it at first but now that's been a little tainted!
