July was quite a month for me, I moved house twice and managed to fit a holiday in as well. I'm a bit more settled now it's August, and have got all my make-up sorted how I want it in the new place. Make-up wise July was quite a month as well, I got my hands on two new Sleek collections, some great great new lip products and some other bits and bobs as well. I have included swatches for the individual products chosen and have given links for my swatches of the palettes. Enjoy :)
My July Favourites...
- Sleek Curacao Palette
- Sleek Monaco Palette
- Barbara Daly Velvet Blush - English Rose
- Collection 2000 Cream Puff Moisturizing Lip Cream - Fairy Cake
- GOSH Long Lasting Lip Marker - Berry

Sleek Curacao Palette (£6.49)
I love love love this palette, it's perfect for summer brights and to get my creative streak flowing. My favourites are Apres Midori (green), Purple Haze (purple) and Martini (shimmery white) which is perfect for highlighting. All are really well pigmented especially the orange, with a variety of finishes included. To read my full review/swatches click here and for my FOTD click here.
Sleek Monaco Palette (£6.49)
This ones not quite as bright as the Curacao palette and can be used for some more natural looks. Again there is a variety of finishes, with my favourite shades being Lotus Flower (purple) and Humming Bird (teal). These palettes work really well together, as I'll show in my upcoming Mermaid look. Again I have done a full review/swatches of this palette which can be found here and also a look, here.

Barbara Daly Velvet Blush - English Rose (£5)
As I don't usually shop at Tesco I'd never really checked out this line, but whilst staying with my parents we went for a shop there and I couldn't help but pick this up. It blends beautifully and lasts for hours (blushes tend to have a short wear time on me). The colour is also beautiful and looks really natural and dewy on my pale skin. The only downside is that theres only a small amount of product (1.4g) so I can't see it lasting too long.
Collection 2000 Cream Puff Moisturizing Lip Cream - Fairy Cake (£2.99)
This is a new product from Collection 2000, following the current trend for matte lips. I love this as the colour is very natural, and great for any look. It doesn't dry my lips either and has a really nice sweet scent to it. I find myself reaching for this a lot when I don't want my lips to distract from my eyes. I have written a review of this product including swatches of both the Fairy Cake and Cotton Candy shade, which can be found here.
GOSH Long Lasting Lip Marker - Berry (currently £4.99, normally £6.99)
This was love at first swipe and made it onto my blog the next day as FOTD with lip swatches (here). The next day I was also down my local Superdrug too pick up another two. The colour is strong and even and lasts even through eating. The first I bought, Berry still remains my favourite, it's looks almost velvet-like on the lips. I can't sing enough praise for this product!

Last month I picked up a fair few new products so picking out just 5 was really hard, some of the products that just missed out were the new Body Shop Lip Roll-On's, Sleek Blush in Rose Gold and my new favourite face wash - Good Things Fresh Start Creamy Cleanser, review to follow.
